TeaInLondon: Red Berry and Ink

The Saturday just gone was my birthday and while I have mixed thoughts about being 2 years away from 25. The week was one filled with lots of free stuff!

On the week of my birthday I headed down to London Graphic Centre for their student day, it is with things like these I am grateful to Bucks for not adding an expiration date on their student cards and for tipping off the third years that NUS was still very much an option even 3 years after you graduate.

The goodie bag was super pleasant I now have a lot of pencils and pens to make up for all the pencils and pens I lost throughout 2015, and I was in need of a new sketchbook so you could imagine that with #inktober underway this student day couldn’t have come at a better time. And did you know moleskin made storyboard journals? Well now you do, I am loving it so far, it is nice to have one consistent place where i can storyboard for the blog from now on.

But on to better stuff, my choice of tea on my birthday was a very herbal Red Berry and I took time to visit the British Museum for a manga workshop which was really lovely to go to. I guess these are the signs of the times that I am getting much older.

Just your everyday animator, illustrator and comic artist with a slight obsession with K-dramas and Tea, hoping to inspire one animator at a time.
